Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from Loveheart Essence. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To process your claim, please provide:
– A description of the issue
– Clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item

Please note that Loveheart Essence is not responsible for parcels left outside for extended periods in heat, cold, or rain after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Returned products and packaging must be in unused condition. Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, Loveheart Essence cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.

If needed, we will gladly provide the necessary shipping information to help you submit a claim directly with the courier.

Parcels Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to sender due to delivery issues such as an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the parcel.

Refunds are not available for parcels returned to sender.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

All bespoke, personalised, and custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
